What I love most is honestly everything: the leadership team, the people I work with, the pay, the hours, and how close the facility is to home. It also means a lot to know the work we do has a positive impact on the environment.
Over time, I’ve built some amazing relationships here. I couldn’t ask for a better supervisor — he saw something in me that I didn’t even see in myself. I couldn’t wait to tell my family, and seeing how proud my grandparents were is something I’ll never forget.
